Entry to the event – Doors open at 6 am
- To aid the check-in process this year, we will be opening doors at both B and C gates.
Details will be sent closer to the event, once tables have been designated.
- Please have your printed/eTickets available at check-in.
- If you need assistance, ask someone wearing a high-vis APB vest.
Free parking is available in the Eden Park carparks (green)
and as marked on local streets. The North Lounge entrance is from the carpark off Walters Rd.
NOTE: Sandringham Road Citybound is a clearway from 7-10am Monday-Friday

Manual Check-in via the left-hand queue
The first 12 from your organisation to present a printout or eTicket will be granted entry
If table numbers are available when you arrive, you will be notified – if not, find your orange labelled table in the middle of the function room
Digital check-in via the right-hand queue
Please present either a printout or eTicket on a smartphone for scanning at the entry. Duplicates will not be accepted
Please find a seat at a table marked with a blue flag – orange and yellow tables are reserved

The North Lounge is situated up a flight of stairs, located on the left of the entry foyer.
An elevator is available for those who need assistance getting up to the first level and is located in the foyer, just past the stairs on the left-hand side.
Please aim to arrive no later than 6:30 for a 7 am start, as it takes time for everyone to be seated
General seating is on a first in basis. These tables are generally situated around the back and both ends of the room
Feel free to save seats and text the table number to your friends and colleagues to help them find you
Reserved Tables for 12 are assigned and situated around the middle section of the room

Please feel free to grab a drink and find a seat at a table when you arrive
