Andrew serves as the CEO of City to City Australia, a church planting and leadership development organisation that has developed world wide out of Tim Keller’s ministry in New York City. City to City Australia operates in 6 Australian cities, and has a vision to see 80 churches planted over the next 3 years, and is also deeply invested in developing leaders of established churches. As well, he is the Senior Minister of Christ church Inner West, a multi-site Anglican church in Sydney’s Inner West. Andrew is married to Catriona, and they have 3 adult children, and so are delighting in the process of downsizing.
Shireen is a Malaysian-Chinese Kiwi who has grown up in Auckland. She set up Third Culture Solutions, a missional coaching business that equips individuals to stop mindsets that exclude people, believing that developing intercultural intelligence skills is the difference. Shireen journeys with a team seeking to serve and equip leaders and churches in mission. She is currently a trustee of the Missions Trust. Her heart is in mission shaped discipleship, encouraging and teaching in the area of intercultural church, global missions and discipleship. When not working, she can be found walking her dog at the beach, gardening, cooking, hosting guests in her AirBnB or buried behind a book.
Bishop Justin has been at the cutting edge of mission and ministry in Wellington for 25 years. He was a co-founder and leader of Urban Vision, which runs houses in Wellington where young Christians live alongside folk from the margins. Justin and his wife Jenny also pioneered Ngatiawa, a contemporary monastery which provides a welcome for those who are struggling, seeking prayerful retreat, or a missional lifestyle. Recently, he has set up the Anglican Youth Movement with young Christians living in intentional community. He and Jenny have three young adult children. He now lives in Whanganui with Jenny.
Nigel Dixon is the vicar of All Saints in Palmerston North as well as running a training/coaching business called Vox Humana. He published the book “Villages without walls” which explores how we build true community in cultures of fluidity. Nigel is married to Carolyn and they have 4 adult children and two grandchildren.
