We are seeking a highly organised Events and Office Coordinator to join our team in Rosedale. This is a pivotal “behind the scenes” role that ensures our life-changing events run smoothly and our ministry operations are efficient.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be the engine room of our administration, managing the end-to-end logistics that allow our ministry to flourish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Event Management: Liaising with venues, securing contracts, managing registrations, and overseeing logistics like travel and equipment.
  • Volunteer Support: Training volunteers on conference set-up and providing them with clear instruction guides.
  • Resource Centre: Managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and keeping our webstore and physical resources up to date.
  • Office Administration: responding to customer inquiries, arranging mailouts, and maintaining office supplies.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a growth mindset. You are technically and administratively proficient and enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An exceptional eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for events and work some weekends (with days in lieu provided).

This is more than just an admin job; it is a vocational ministry position. As part of the FamilyLife team, you will participate in regular culture-building initiatives and help facilitate FamilyLife small groups.
