This initially up to 30-hour a week role is a different kind of leadership role, requiring a different skillset, posture and mindset. It would appeal to someone with; particular missional vision and gifting, commitment to a team-based equipping approach, and with a passion to lead members into new expressions of life, worship and mission together.
