Regional Leader – Waikato

We are looking for a Regional Leader to manage and oversee the work of Launchpad and Lifewalk within the Waikato region. As a Regional Leader you will:
– work to support and equip our volunteer base.
– liaise with schools and churches to grow the work by recruiting, training and placing  support in schools.
– promote and raise the profiles of Launchpad and Lifewalk across the Waikato region.
– work with National Office to communicate policy, enact compliance and report on progress.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, organisational, leadership, and self-management skills; be a good written and verbal communicator with appropriate computer and administrative abilities. They will be empathetic with a positive ‘can do attitude ’and be a team player who shares the vision, mission, and values or our organisation.
This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week where you will work from home and across the Waikato region. The role will require your flexibility to work on evenings and weekends from time to time. You will require a full driver’s licence, vehicle, internet access. This roll may put you in contact with young children and you must pass a Police Vetting process.
