Some flexibility may be required to cover shifts in case of volunteer shortages on specific days.
Flexibility:

Leadership: Ability to lead by example, motivating and guiding volunteers to deliver high standards of service.
Brand Knowledge: A good knowledge of top clothing brands is highly beneficial. While we don’t exclusively sell premium labels, familiarity with them makes it easier to understand market demand and meet customer expectations.
Alignment with Values: Passion for supporting the community and commitment to Nurture Trust’s mission to help women and families facing unplanned or difficult pregnancies.
Benefits:
Impact: Directly contribute to supporting community services through effective shop supervision.
Development: Opportunity for professional growth in a values-driven environment.
