Who We Are
Operation Mobilisation (OM) is a global Christian mission organisation committed to seeing vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. OM NZ exists to inspire and mobilise New Zealanders to live out God’s mission locally and globally through short- and long-term opportunities. We are passionate about discipleship, partnership, and sharing the love of Christ with the world.
Mobilisation Representative – North Island
The Mobilisation Representative is responsible for inspiring and equipping individuals for short- and long-term mission work through OM NZ. This role focuses on building strong relationships with churches and ministry networks across the North Island, promoting OM opportunities, including the Off The Grid (OTG) leadership course and guiding interested individuals through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with churches, pastors, and Christian networks.
- Promote OM mission opportunities and the OTG course to young adults.
- Represent OM NZ at events, churches, and conferences (often on weekends).
- Engage with potential candidates and support their mobilisation journey.
- Collaborate with the communications team to enhance online outreach.
- Assist with organising mission-focused events and workshops.
