About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development and implementation of the category strategic agenda for the NZ market, supporting brand strategy development to drive profitability and growth of Sanitarium’s key brands.
As a natural leader, you are adept in mentoring Category & Insights teams; with a reputation for building effective relationships and a collaborative approach to achieving results. Highly strategic, commercial, and numbers-orientated, you are also a confident and credible presenter at executive level internally and externally, with customers, suppliers, and industry bodies.
Your ability to tailor channel strategies to market is critical, as is utilising insights and research to position your brand as category champion. Experience in a sizeable food or FMCG business is ideal as you appreciate the importance of speed, innovation, and the complexities of FMCG.
