Presented by Dr Brett Mann,
this 90-minute online seminar will equip you for handling complaints.
Wednesday 30 September, 1.00-2.30pm
Cost: $45
Our society is becoming more litigious and complaints more common. Despite our best efforts, all of us in the ministry can expect to receive a complaint. This is often highly stressful. We will look in detail at common psychological reactions to informal and formal complaints and discuss how to understand and manage our responses to maintain emotional equilibrium. Other practical aspects of responding to a complaint will be provided.
Training outcomes:
– Be less anxious about complaints
Manage your own needs and reactions
– Know what to do and what not to do
– Grow your competence for calm mature handling of a complaint
