Auckland Anglican Mission is a member of the Church of Confessing Anglicans Aotearoa New Zealand.

We stand firmly in our Anglican traditions and our Christian faith. It is an honour that we are still called Anglicans. However, we are now structurally distinct from the Anglican Church of Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia (ACANZP). The ACANZP passed a motion on human sexuality that was not only contrary to the clear teaching of scripture but a breach of its own constitution. As a result, a number of churches and individuals formed new Anglican congregations under the GAFCON banner. The Auckland Anglican Mission was one of these.
