Venn Evening School is a learning journey in Christian essentials through night classes in Bible, Doctrine, and Christian Living.
The Christian faith is the good way, a journey with God that unfolds over the course of a lifetime. Evening School is a place for you to deepen your understanding of God, and God’s work in the world. It’s a learning journey for your faith, an accessible offering of evening classes grounded in the Bible, the Christian tradition, and pastoral wisdom. In this, it follows the ancient paths of the Church: learning to follow and serve Christ with others for the good of the world.
Evening School runs over three Wednesday nights each season, and this Spring’s classes will take place on 15, 22, and 29 October. Classes on offer this Spring are:
Isaiah – with Ryan Lang
What is Life Everlasting? – with Nathan McLellan
Praying the Lord’s Prayer: Part II – with John Dennison
Evening School is for anyone—whether you’re new to the faith or have been following Jesus for years. It’s also a great option for small groups to take part in together.
Come along for three weeks of evening of worship, teaching, conversation, and kai.
