Facilities Manager

Capernwray New Zealand has been serving our nation for over fifty-five years, as a member of twenty-five Torchbearer Centres globally.  Nationally, Capernwray NZ currently offers tertiary level Bible School courses, Conference Centre facilities, and various community ministry programmes.

We are looking for a Facilities Manager.  This individual will have the overall responsibility for managing the maintenance of the Capernwray properties, to keep them functional and compliant with local authority requirements including associated Health and Safety of staff, visitors, students and guests.

The appointee would be a person who embraces the Christian faith, is familiar with and actively supports the ethos of Torchbearers, has people and contractor management experience and preferably a trade qualification.

Based at our Cambridge site, the appointee will report to the National Director. This will be a paid full-time position for 37.5 hours per week.
