We are looking for a key person to join the Senior Team at Gracecity as a Central Human Resources Lead, establishing best-practice HR processes and ensuring the development of HR skills across the church leadership. The role includes providing guidance to leaders and team members alike.
The Central HR Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management within the church. This includes recruitment, training, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.
This is a fixed term, part-time (0.6) position.

You will have…
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employment law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven presentation skills.
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- Previous experience of at least three years in an HR role.
- Problem-solving skills
