Gracecity is a locally empowered, centrally resourced, multisite and multi-ethnic church. Our mission is to join God’s renewal of people and places.

We are looking for a Lead Pastor at Gracecity, who leads the Greenlane staff team and plays a pivotal role in shepherding, leading and mobilising the congregation at our Greenlane location. The Greenlane Lead Pastor is responsible for healthy implementation and growth of core ministries and services, and overseeing the spiritual growth, connection, missional engagement and operational aspects for our Greenlane members.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

  • You are an excellent communicator in all forms, skilled in hosting, leading meetings, writing and updating, and engaging with leaders in a clear and impactful manner.
  • You possess the ability to translate and implement vision, mission and values into staffing, processes, budget, facilities and plans. You have a proven track record of getting things done on time and on budget, while working well with others in the process.
  • You are a problem-solver, capable of finding creative solutions, and making sound decisions in order to navigate obstacles effectively.
  • You have experience in recruiting, leading, developing and multiplying teams in a church, non-profit or business setting.
