Purpose of Position
To create and develop an environment where children’s ministry, youth ministry, and young adult leaders in the Kaimai region are nurtured, supported, and assisted to build healthy ministries, which offer children and youth, alongside their families, the opportunity to grow their faith in God and engage meaningfully in a local faith community.
As appropriate, to encourage and assist the development of new ministries with children, youth, school leavers/young adults, and their families in the Kaimai region.
