Why should you apply for this role?
You’ll like this role because you’ll be project managing fundraising campaigns that raise funds and make a tangible difference in the lives of others in need.  You’ll work closely with our creative team and be the go-to person across all Tearfund for the campaigns you’re working on.  Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing planned campaigns and emergency appeals (rapid onset and protracted crises) across a variety of channels including – direct mail; email and digital fundraising.
  • Liaising with internal teams to create and deliver:-
    • Campaign concept, content, design and copy
    • Data selection briefs
    • Donation processing briefs
  • Support the Fundraising Product Lead to bring in new supporters to replace those who drop out and helping to grow income.
  • With the support of the Fundraising Products Lead, reporting on campaign performance & facilitating debrief sessions with the team

Why are you the right candidate?

Ideally, you’ll have all or some of the following:

  • A tertiary degree in marketing or commerce or similar
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, communications, product development or a related creative campaign-focussed role
  • Sound project management experience with excellent planning and organising skills
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and execution of multi-channel campaigns, as well as communications
  • Experience using CRM systems to Inform decisions
  • A clear, confident and articulate communication style – both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A great work ethic – you’re not just after a job, you want to work with meaning.
