We are looking for someone to be part of our exciting leadership team at Whangaparaoa Baptist Church.
The person we are looking for would ideally have gifting in the areas of…
– leadership, leadership facilitation and building teams
– worship ministry oversight
– general pastoral duties
The role is flexible depending on the applicant – either full time or part-time. The specific roles would be dependent on the gifting of the individual.
The applicant must have…
– a heart to work in team with others (not a need to be the ‘big boss’)
– humility & drive
– ability to think outside the box and be innovative in approach to how church is.
– a passion for people in our wider community who aren’t yet connected into a faith community
