About the Role
We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Nursery Potting Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of our potting shed operations. Working under the Nursery Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating potting activities, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the potting process.

Key Responsibilities
Set up the potting shed daily
Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of potting mix, pots, grids, and other dry goods
Ensure potting occurs in the specified order with correct plant placement
Maintain comprehensive records and ensure all potting sheets are properly completed
Ensure proper labelling of all crops with appropriate crop headers
Supervise nursery hands to ensure correct plant handling techniques
Collaborate with the Nursery Grower on plant dispatch operations
Maintain efficient flow of staff, resources and time.

Requirements
Horticulture Level 3 qualification or above
1-2 years minimum experience in a native plant nursery environment
Knowledge of plant species identification, propagation, and care techniques
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional approach to work
Ability to work effectively under pressure

Desired Qualifications
Clean driving license
Experience with nursery operations and plant handling systems
