She was told her future was already decided. “She won’t be going back to school.”
That was *Saanvi’s reality when she was just 11 years old. Not because she didn’t want to learn. Not because she wasn’t capable. But because of the circumstances she was born into—circumstances that too often decide a girl’s future before she has the chance to choose it for herself. Circumstances that can lead to dire options for desperate families.
Today, thanks to the intervention of one of our incredible Social Workers, Saanvi is safe. She’s back in school, under the watchful eye of our teachers and team, and beginning to imagine a future that once felt impossible.
