National Director

The National Director will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing Barnabas Aid’s work within New Zealand. Reporting to the International CEO and accountable to the local National Board, the National Director will be personally accountable for delivering measurable growth in prayer engagement, supporter participation and sustainable income generation for the persecuted and suffering church, fostering a network of engaged supporters and expanding the organisation’s reach into Christian communities across New Zealand.

The National Director will build, lead and inspire a focussed team ensuring the strategy, delivery and performance fulfils Barnabas Aid’s mission effectively and efficiently within New Zealand.

This position requires strategic leadership, charisma, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting the global church.

The National Director will work closely with the International CEO, International Chief Outreach Officer and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the global vision of Barnabas Aid while owning national strategy, delivery, performance management and outcomes. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the national team, including outreach, growth, and operational execution of various campaigns.
