Mission Partner

Bible Society and Manna Christian Stores are New Zealand’s premier providers of Bibles, Christian books, and Bible engagement programs. We serve all Christian churches and provide financial support to Bible projects through our Global Bible Society Fellowship. We have an opportunity for a skilled and passionate Mission Partner to establish and maintain mission-focused partnerships with Christian leaders, churches, volunteers, and other key stakeholders.  As a Mission Partner, you will advocate for Bible Society and Manna Christian Stores’ programmes and seek financial support for local and global projects.

To be successful in this role, you will –

• Be skilled at getting people onside and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
• Be familiar with the Christian church landscape and able to relate to people from across the Christian spectrum
• Be a self-starter, able to plan and implement your work programme
• Be able to recruit, deploy, supervise and motivate volunteers
• Be passionate about making the Bible accessible to everyone and encouraging interaction with it!

Some limited travel within Aotearoa, New Zealand, may be required.  You will need to have a current full New Zealand driver’s licence.

This is a permanent, salaried position.  To be considered, you must be living in New Zealand and legally eligible to accept and commit to a permanent position.
