Unlocking confidence

Senior Coordinator – Be the Connector at a Farm Where Hope Transforms Lives

A Senior Coordinator position is opening at Hope Rising Farm — a hybrid role designed for someone who can grow trust externally while keeping the engine humming internally.

Company overview

Hope Rising Farm is a Christian Charitable Trust. Over the past 15 years we have developed and refined our unique programmes to unlock confidence in our students – those who have experienced hard times. We do this through partnering students with our ponies in a safe farm setting. With the help of our trained  ponies, we offer a foothold for change and opportunity to break  dysfunctional cycles and ways of thinking. Besides interaction with ponies, students in our programmes are engaged  in practical farm tasks. Trained mentors assist students to optimise learning and to transfer newly acquired skills to everyday life.

Key purpose of the role

This four‑day (32‑hour/week) role has both an external and internal focus. Around 70% of the position is externally focused, building strong, trust‑based relationships with customers, funders, and community partners. The remaining 30% is internally focused, supporting staff, coordinating operations, and ensuring our programmes run smoothly on the beautiful farm where ponies help people who have experienced hardship rediscover confidence and hope.

Team overview

The Senior Coordinator leads a team consisting of an Office Administrator, a Programme Coordinator, and an Equine Coordinator, and also works closely with — and holds a position on — the Hope Rising Farm Board of Directors.
