mainly music currently has a position available within the Tāmaki Makaurau region based in South Auckland. Having a passion for the heart of our mission is more important than experience with mainly music or having an amazing singing voice.

We are looking for someone who brings strong organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience working with tamariki under 5 is not essential but would be an advantage in this role.

This role is part time where some hours will be on the days of the sessions and scheduled meetings. The balance can be completed on another day at your convenience. You will need your own reliable transport and suitable driver’s license.

We are a for purpose organisation, with all staff having the passion to work under the umbrella of a Christian statement of faith. You will be someone who has a passion for local mission and a desire to work with the mainly music Supported Groups Team, amongst whānau experiencing vulnerability.

We provide training and on-going development. If you have experience in education or community work, your transferrable skills will be helpful. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology. The right person for this role will be someone who wants bring delight into the lives of whānau.
