SUNZ is a Christian charity with a strong history of running camps and other programmes and training leaders. We are a volunteer-dependent organisation and our staff partner with many hundreds of volunteers leading and running our activities. We also partner with churches to support volunteers working with children and young people and their families. SUNZ teaches and models regular Bible use and prayer as a key part of growing holistically as a lifelong disciple of Jesus.

The Accounts Assistant role is responsible for:
Handling mail and incoming calls
Accounts receivable and payable
Expense claims
Cash management and banking
Donor database entry
Reconciliations
Monthly GST returns
Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports
Assist Finance Manager & Office Manager as requested

Experience in Xero is preferred but training will be given. Accounting experience or studying towards an accounting degree is also preferred. This role is office based.
