As Formation Pastor, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the Formation Ministry at The Well Church. You will be responsible for providing strategic and practical leadership to the Formation Team Leaders as they develop and implement a robust discipleship pathway to help church members mature in Christ within the context of loving community.
