Operations Manager

Titirangi Baptist Church is seeking an Operations Manager to help support the day-to-day life and ministry of our church community. This role works closely with the Senior Pastor, staff, and elders to help ensure the church runs smoothly and effectively behind the scenes, enabling our ministries and people to flourish.

The role includes oversight of operations, people, facilities, and finances. This includes coordinating compliance, systems, and processes. It is an important role that helps staff and volunteers serve well together.

Brings practical leadership and strong organisational skills
Works well with people, systems, and budgets
Builds positive relationships and communicates clearly
Has a heart to support the life and mission of the church
This is a fixed-term role during an important season of transition as we appoint a new Senior Pastor.

Remuneration will reflect the experience and capability of the successful applicant.
