We are seeking a full-time or part-time minister with an understanding of Presbyterian/Methodist worship and leadership styles.
Our parish comprises two churches, located in the town of Waiuku and on the Awhitu Peninsula.
The minister will
- lead with a vision and be able to motivate and delegate
- have a servant leadership approach
- be open to a variety of worship and spiritual expressions
- have strong interpersonal and pastoral skills
- be able to focus on cultivating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
